End User License Agreement

License grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Almanac Club grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any right to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its content.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Service or any part of it.

• Interfere with or circumvent any security features or rate limits.

Ownership

The Service and all associated content — software, design, text, graphics, logos, and the compilation thereof — are the exclusive property of Almanac Club and its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you submit, including birth data and quiz answers. By using the Service you grant Almanac Club a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process that data solely to generate your readings and operate the Service, as described in the privacy policy.

AI-generated content

Readings, daily readings, and chat responses are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence. These outputs are interpretations based on computed astronomical data and are provided for entertainment purposes only. They are not guarantees of future events and should not be treated as professional advice.

Availability and updates

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination you must cease all use of the Service and destroy any copies in your possession.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Almanac Club and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The current version will always live on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
