Refund Policy

Free trial
No payment is made during the 3-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid annual plan.
14-day money-back guarantee
After the trial period ends and your first payment is processed, you have 14 days to request a full refund. No questions asked — the guarantee is honoured without argument.
- Contact us at support@almanac.club or use the cancellation flow in your account settings.
- Access ends immediately. Upon refund, your access to all paid features — daily readings, timing windows, chart comparison, and AI chat — is revoked.
- Processing time. The refund is sent to your original payment method via Whop. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
After the guarantee period
Refund requests made after the 14-day guarantee window are handled on a case-by-case basis. We are not obligated to issue refunds outside the guarantee window, but we review each request fairly. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Cancellation vs. refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you cancel within the 14-day guarantee window, you may also request a refund. If you cancel outside the guarantee window, your access continues until the end of the current paid period and no refund is issued.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first, we will provide documentation of the transaction and your access history to the payment processor. We strongly encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback, as we can usually resolve the issue faster.
Changes
We may update this policy, and the current version will always live on this page. Changes do not apply retroactively to previous purchases.
